The first step is to get in touch with our Homeowner Consultant team—they’ll walk through our services, see if your home’s a good fit, and go over your personalized management fee. If you choose to move forward, you’ll sign a management agreement. We’ll also request access to the property to confirm permits, clean, do an initial inspection, and compile your home’s online listing. We charge a security deposit between $750 - $3000, depending on the property. The security deposit is not refunded until property has been inspected by 30A HomeAway team.

Is 30A HomeAway licensed to manage individual homes and condominiums in the state of Florida?
Yes, we are licensed to manage individual homes and condos in the state of Florida. We have a Collective Resort Dwelling license under the provisions of Chapter 509 FL issued by the Department of Business and Professional Regulations Hotels and Food Services Division that allows us to manage short term transient rental homes and condominiums without having to work under Florida State Statutes 475 requiring that we be licensed Real Estate Brokers. As a result, each property we manage must be licensed under our license or each property owner must possess their own license to rent their unit out.
